To me, baking equals memories and love.  Whether I am creating new desserts for my family or remembering all the times I baked with grandmother in her tiny Florida kitchen, love infuses with each sprinkle of flour and dash of sugar.  January is National Baking Month, which gives me ample reason for celebrating all the baker and bakes goods that have filled our lives with so much joy.
