Bring Your Summer Adventure Home with PLAYMOBIL Water Park

It’s no surprise that we’re fans of all things building blocks around here, and thanks to our partnership with PLAYMOBIL, the PLAYMOBIL Water Park with Slides Playset is the newest on the latest list of favorites.

I totally love this idea!  Now parents can bring the kids’ favorite water park experience home to continue the summer fun throughout the year – even if it’s snowing outside! Who doesn’t want to think about water park fun in the middle of January?! I know that by then I’m certainly ready for some fun in the sun, even if only in my imagination.

The set has everything the kids need to make a super fun water park with slides, including the family (two adults and one child figure). The multi-level structure comes with two jumbo slides, a floating tube, a life preserver, and a couple of other accessories. PLAYMOBIL has certainly thought of everything, including a spinning octopus to make ripples in the wave pool and a pulley to pull the tube back up to the top of the slide (because no one wants to do that part in real life or during play!) The set is sturdy with dimensions of 21.7 x 15.7 x 15.7 in., making it ideal for indoor or outdoor play.

I really like that PLAYMOBIL has so many coordinating sets. You could make an entire theme park complete with changing rooms, snack shops, baby pools, and parking lots full of vehicles. If you’re looking for the ultimate PLAYMOBIL water park experience, you could combine this set with the PLAYMOBIL Water Park Play Area (#6670) – as long as you make sure the Lifeguard (#6449) is on duty to look out for everyone!

We’ve always been fans of PLAYMOBIL sets here – they really are quality toys that foster endless hours of imaginative play. There’s something so awesome about watching a child build their favorite places and re-enact fun memories, and it’s so much better for them than staring at a screen all day.

PLAYMOBIL fun doesn’t stop with the waterpark though – they’ve got playsets and accessories for all sorts of play themes, like Western, Princess, Pirates, and City Life. There are 21 themes in all and each has several different sets. There truly is a set for any child to enjoy. (And adults too – building different “worlds” isn’t really something you outgrow in my experience! If anything, it’s more fun as an adult!)
