My kids are a great example of this. When they get a great night’s sleep, they’ll do really well in school the following day. Their balance is off, they’re not running as fast, and they’re generally cranky toward their teammates. When they don’t play well, just like in the academic scenario above, it can be a domino effect that leads to big things down the road.

wow, the giving back movement is amazing! I’ve never heard of Dream Bed but for Christmas we were planning to get my daughter a new bed mattress.

There’s NOTHNG like a good mattress! I recently surprised my mom with a new mattress (which also came in a box like this one) and she LOVES it! She sleeps like a baby now <3

I never heard of the Dream Bed until now but I already like it. If you could come with a follow-up post in the next couple of weeks it will be perfect. I’m curious to see how the mattress holds up and if it had that weird plastic smell most mattresses have.
