I love to travel. I love to run around and participate in all sorts of fun outdoor activities with my family. I also like to laugh loud and jump for joy as often as possible
But, I have LBL (Light Bladder Leakage.) I once had a normal bladder. Three children later and I don’t. And it totally interferes with all the things I love to do.

After having a baby, these Poise products have been a life saver. I take them with me to the gym. Sorry if that is TMI, but seriously, I am grateful for these products.
