Water and Weight Loss- Nutrisystem Update

Another pound down in my quest for a healthier me (33 to date)- thanks to Nutrisystem!  My continued, steady success also owes partial credit to good hydration.

My Nutrisystem plan encourages 6-8 glasses of water daily and even offers a nifty online tool to keep track.  The water helps cleanse my body of all the waste and as expected, also helps maintain a healthier me.

There are several theories/suggestions about how much water is enough for the average person, the general rule of thumb being eight 8 ounce glasses for a total of 64 ounces per day. 

I generally don’t get tired of drinking water, it’s my first go-to, but when I want something a little different, I’ll brew up some caffeine-free tea or simply add a slice of lemon or lime to my water.
