Rural Mom’s Farm Garden Vegetable Dip

The winter holidays are upon us, but there’s no reason you can’t bring a little summer into your celebrations!  With all the rich, heavy, calorie-laden treats available at holiday gatherings, it’s refreshing to have a lighter treat like my Farm Garden Vegetable Dip available for snacking, too.

Whether it’s holiday brunch or a late night gathering, no matter what your celebration style is, your guests will enjoy having a delicious vegetable dip to enjoy.  This is one of my tried-and-true favorites (that’s even featured in my newest book – it’s that good!)  Hope you and your guests enjoy it as much as my family does!

It’s really tasty and vibrant! Bet you could easily make it Vegan by swapping the ranch and cheese with Vegan substitutes.
