Earth-Friendly Snacks to Celebrate Earth Day

Earth Day is one of my favorite holidays to celebrate!  As a steward of the earth, I make a point to do eco-friendly activities every day, but why not take time to do a little something extra fun, too?  Earth day gives us a great incentive to discover something new on our path to sustainable living.  Today, thanks to my friends at 5W PR, I’ve discovered a few new earth-friendly snacks to celebrate Earth Day with!

If you are a popcorn lover like me, you will adore The Little Kernel, the newest popcorn brand on the market.  It’s a better-for-you (and Earth) snack that has a unique, hulless, “miniature kernel.” Which means, no kernels stuck in your teeth- yay!- just pure flavor to enjoy.

Popped in 100% pure olive oil, each popcorn is gluten-free, non-GMO, dairy-free, kosher and certified whole grains. The Little Kernel comes in delicious flavors to complement any picnic menu! Think Sweet & Salty, Truffle Sea Salt and Pink Himalayan Salt.

Do you find yourself always reaching for breakfast on-the-go?  Me, too!  This is why I love Munk Pack, ready-to-eat Oatmeal Fruit Squeezes.  They are chock full of grains and fruit bites, and perfect for on-the-go healthy eating.

Available in five delicious flavors, Munk Pack is gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, high in fiber and participates in 1% for the Planet.

As I’m gluten-sensitive, I generally avoid pasta, but truly miss it!  With Explore Cuisine gluten-free Pulse and Bean Pastas, I can enjoy all my favorite dishes with a pasta that doesn’t let me down.  They cook up very well!  All are certified organic, non-GMA, gluten-free, vegan and ridiculously high in protein and fiber.

Think Red Lentil Penne, Black Bean Spaghetti, Green Lentil Lasagna, and so much more!

Great for enjoying on their own or adding to your favorite dish, Gaea Olives deliver the delicious, wholesome flavors your crave.  The name Gaea name itself translates to “Mother Earth” and Gaea’s olives are naturally grown in the fertile earth of Greece, using time honored, traditional farming techniques and harvested by hand.

Nosh on the brand’s non-GMO Organic Olive Snack Packs to fuel up on 100% natural energy-packed snack.

The Gaea olives would be my go to from your tasty looking snack round up. We love Earth Day here as well, so I’ve been adding extra spinach, mushrooms and fresh onions on everything!
