From Waves and Frizz to Smooth Finish with the InStyler Max 2-Way Rotating Iron

From Frizz to Smooth Finish with the InStyler Max 2-Way Rotating Iron

Some days I simply feel like giving up on my hair and tucking it all under a knit cap.  The wavy, thick, frizzy strands simply do not wish to cooperate on a regular basis!  But stuffing my hair into a cap, whether a fashionable option or not, isn’t going to be the best option for holiday parties and gatherings.  We all want to look our best for special occasions and do so, often requires just a little know-how and the right tools.

Now is also the time to be thinking about what you want to look like in 2015. Will you stick with the same style, or try out a few new looks? I recently came across a tool that’s helped me have a whole new point of view on what hairstyles I might achieve… I’d like to show you the Instyler Max 2-Way Rotating Iron, a styling tool that does just about everything but wash your hair for you!

Take the idea of your old curling iron and get rid of it completely, because this is nothing like that. The InStyler Max is a styling tool with ionic bristles that won’t make clamp marks or get tangled. It’s got a motorized, rotating ceramic barrel that ensures even heat distribution and less damage to your locks. It can curl or straighten, depending on how you use it. Either way, you end up with a salon-worthy smooth look.

Because the bristles are ionized, the cuticles of your hair will close as you style it, making for a smooth and shiny style. The tourmaline ceramic plate furthers this smoothing by ensuring that you have no resulting crease or crush marks from styling. It rotates both ways for a more natural look, or you can decide whether you’d like your hair to point toward your face for a more framed look, or away from it – the InStyler allows you to change your hairstyle every day.

It’s also got a cool touch tip – so you can insert it and have something to hold on to. I’ve seen some new curling irons that come with gloves…that can’t be a good idea! It’s nice not to need extra equipment to keep your fingers in one piece.

The four heat settings go from 285 degrees to 425 degrees, so the styler will work with any hair type. The general rule for this is that the finer your hair is, the less heat you will need.

You can also get the InStyler Max in either the Large 1¼” Barrel for larger curls and beachy waves, or the Small ¾” Barrel for shorter hair and tighter curls. Both barrel sizes are available in black, but the larger barrel version is available in pink and purple too.

One of my favorite features is the 6’ swivel cord. This ensures that you can always reach a mirror no matter where your outlets are located, and you won’t have to untangle it with every single use. The Instyler also heats up in 30 seconds, so you don’t have to turn it on and go find something else to do while it heats up. Plug it in, brush your teeth, and you’re ready to go.

Another one of my favorite features is the automatic shutoff. It’s really nice to think that you have nothing more going on in life than making your hair look good, but the truth is that once you have kids, that’s just not a reality. Moms are often overwhelmed and forget things. Thankfully, the InStyler Max shuts itself off within 45 minutes of discontinued use. So by the time you’re on your way to work and start to wonder if you shut it off, it’s probably already off regardless of your lack of coffee.

There are a million other reasons why the InStyler Max can make your beauty routine easier, but I’ll let you check it out for yourself at InStlyerMax.com.

InStyler also offers two other great hair tools, the InStyler Tulip Auto-Curler that makes beach waves and curls a breeze to achieve and the Instyler Ionic Styler Pro to help you achieve voluminous waves and body and bounce with a bonus ceramic flat iron built in!

I use a curling iron and a flat iron. I love that this is 2 in tool and it rotates. Plus the automatic turn off feature is great for someone like me who has a tendecny to wander off and leave them on.

My fine hair doesn’t like to hold a curl, but the rotating curler just may work. Your hair looks nice! I know my daughters would love this too!
