What Would You Do If You Knew You Could Not Fail?

What Would You Do If You Knew You Could Not Fail?

How many times have you uttered the words “If only…”  or “I can’t, because…” or “I’d love to do that, but…”

With mere words and thoughts we erect insuperable barriers to our happiness, to our success and to fully living the life and pursuing the dreams we desire.

Fear of the unknown, fear of our failure, fear that we are not good enough or deserving enough, whatever the reason, fear is one powerful captor.

But what if you could erase all of those fears?  What if you knew that you simply could not fail?

This is the question that is asked and eloquently addressed in “What Would You Do If You Knew You Could Not Fail?: How to Transform Fear Into Courage.

Authors Mary Beth Sammons and Nina Lesowitz invite us to explore what is hindering us from moving forward and to overcome our apprehensions and take action.

Through true tales of courage warriors, motivational quotes, power practices, and life transforming lessons, the authors lead us on a journey towards gaining confidence and rediscovering our courageous spirits.  Affirmations and inspiration leap from every page as you face your fears on this insightful literary excursion.

My inner light brightened from the very first words in the Preface, “Whether you know it or not, you are a brave person.”  How wonderful to have someone instantly offer you a undeniable truth and a pat on the back for the courage you already exude just moving through each challenging day of your life.

The light continued to glow brighter with every page I turned.  This book will immerse you into the world of positive thinking you’ve been seeking or may not have even realized how much you needed.  It’s truly a breath of fresh air!

I particularly enjoyed the Power Practices and have already dogged-eared the book to return and complete each one.  You can certainly choose to stop at the end of each chapter and use the book for daily or weekly reflection and integration of the Power Practices… this is what I intend to do this summer.  As a reviewer, though, I had to move a little faster to read through, though that certainly wasn’t a challenge as I eagerly enjoyed absorbing the wisdom of each page.

Whether you naturally face fear head-on or are still paralyzed by it, “What Would You Do If You Knew You Could Not Fail?” will uplift your soul and transform your mindset for the better. Who wouldn’t benefit from a wonderful dose of personal growth?  What are you waiting for?

I like self help books that don’t require you to stay put in a chapter until the exercises are complete. That powerful quote you shared from chapter 7, along with your review makes me think this would be a perfect book for me at this stage in my life.
