Dibs On My Ribs Pork Recipe Cook Off (and #Giveaway )

Did you know that most popular barbeque sauces originate in the southern states, from Texas to Florida? And, as unique as the people, each state has its own preferred style. From thick, rich tomato-based sauces out of Kansas City to good ol’ Kentucky bourbon inspired flavors to the thin vinegar-based sauces hailed in North Carolina, there’s a taste that suits every barbecue rib lover.

As you already know from reading Rural Mom, I’m a huge barbecue fan (of course, around here, that’s tradition!) and I’ve spent years perfecting my “Rural Mom’s Wickedly-Good Down-Home Barbecue Pork Spareribs” recipe to suit my style and certainly the huge variety of readily available rubs, grill spices, and barbecue sauce on the market today have made things a lot easier.

The ingredients of my rib recipe are fairly simple, but the results are spectacular. Tyson Pork Spareribs, Dr. Pepper, McCormick Grill Mates Molasses Bacon Seasoning , McCormick Grill Mates Sweet & Smoky Rub Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, Onions, and Garlic all blend together to well, deliver a wickely good down-home flavor!  (You can find the complete recipe for Rural Mom’s Wickedly-Good Down-Home Barbecue Pork Spareribs HERE.)
